Who is Stacy Allen?
"I am passionate about sport and the life skills you acquire through playing the game."
Fave Quote: "Victory is never admitting defeat" - Bobby Orr
"Don't get bitter, get better" - Tiger Woods
I am a Calgary resident with over 25 years of skating experience. I have coached internationally with a specialty in children aged 6 – 16 years old. I have an extensive hockey background with a record of success, including winning three national championships as well as a silver medal with the University of Alberta. My power skating career started with Skate Canada as a junior instructor at the age of 12, and received certification at age 17. I have owned and coached at many hockey schools in Canada and the United States. I average 1000 athlete's every year.
Today my focus is on consulting minor hockey teams, private lessons and running various camps. Hockey is a marathon and not a race, it takes time and dedication to improve your skills. Skating muscles are unique training compared to any other sport.

I focus on the mental training as well, learning how to push your body and positive self talk is a skill and takes time to develop.
